Principal
The Principal is the chief academic and administrative leader of the institution, responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight for academic programs, spiritual formation, and institutional development. The Principal works closely with faculty, staff, and students to promote excellence in theological education, foster a Christ-centered learning environment, and advance the mission and values of the college.
Vice Principal
The Vice Principal assists the Principal in the academic and administrative management of the institution, providing leadership and support to faculty, students, and staff. The role involves coordinating academic activities, overseeing the implementation of institutional policies and programs, promoting a positive learning environment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the college. The Vice Principal also collaborates with various departments to evaluate academic initiatives, while contributing to the spiritual, educational, and organizational growth of the institution.
Bursar
The Bursar is responsible for overseeing the financial administration and resource management of the institution. The role includes preparing and monitoring budgets, maintaining financial records, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial operations, supervising administrative procedures related to finance, and supporting the Principal in the effective stewardship of institutional resources. The Bursar contributes to the sustainable growth and smooth functioning of the college in alignment with its mission and values.

The Academic Dean oversees academic planning, curriculum development, faculty coordination, and academic quality assurance, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and theological scholarship.
Chaplain
The Chaplain provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the college community through worship services, counseling, prayer, and programs that nurture spiritual growth and Christian formation.
